One of the main challenges for women entrepreneurs in Bio&MedTech costs them to bring their product to market, due to the fear of entrepreneurship because of the "Matilda effect" that makes women invisible in science, the focus in their campaign is: "Can you imagine what would have happened if Einstein had been born a woman? We probably wouldn't know who Einstein is today".
MATILDA POWER focuses on incentivize the entrepreneurial intention in women in Bio&MedTech by translating scientific research and patents into viable business opportunities.

Through a simple way, we will give you the hard and soft skills to become a woman entrepreneur and bring your product to market, the tools to develop a multidisciplinary collaboration, and we will facilitate the information of the means available to obtain financing.

Mission
Incentivize the entrepreneurial intention in female undergraduate, doctoral, and postdoctoral students, and academics in Bio&MedTech. In Matilda Power you will find content oriented to the development of skills, generation of projects, acquisition of practical tools for the development of your venture. With this achieve the financial independence of women, increase the number of entrepreneurships, and contribute to the development of the countries.

Gender–sensitive business education
Develop the entrepreneurial mindset of women in biotechnology, regenerative medicine, and medical devices technology
Mentorship and Multidisciplinary link
Support through mentorship for women entrepreneurs to develop and grow their bioentrepreneurship.
Elaboration of business plans in multidisciplinary teams made up of people from different disciplines, for the creation of the venture in the industry of biotechnology, regenerative medicine, and medical devices technology
Pitch and Communication skills
Creation of the business pitch for the presentation of their start-ups to the community, investors, companies, universities, etc.
The objective of the communication skills program will be to know how to communicate with different types of people by linking technical language and business language to validate the project
